Breathe has no accounts. Your settings, practice history, journal, routines, and program progress are kept in this browser's storage only.

You can download them, import them on another device, or delete them from the Library page.

One anonymous count per page

To learn which pages and practices are used, each page view sends one anonymous count to this site's own server: the page's address (for example /sounds/) and whether a practice was finished. Nothing else is sent.

No cookies, no IP address, no device details, no identifier, and no third-party services. The server adds the count to a daily total per page, so one visit cannot be told apart from another.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no count is sent at all.

Hosting

The site is served by its web host, which, like any web server, may keep standard short-term access logs for security and running the service. Breathe does not add anything to them.
